This book has a few intense parts, as the author designed the roar to be a bit scary. This book could be used as a compare and contrast in a World Religions course. The Roar, is easily thought of as a satanic force while the Protector can be any of the religions Godly character. Not a religious text, but with some critical thinking could be taken there. Loved it! Fourth Graders Loved it!
